A slow and strengthening practice, with a focus on the building blocks of yoga. Perfect for beginners, those looking to wind down whilst looking to improve on technique.


Yin Yoga & Meditation –
Sunday evenings – 6PM

A relaxing class on a Sunday evening – in focuses on holding restorative poses for a longer time, supported where necessary by props.
